In these rituals, which involve a rhythmically stimulated ecstatic state of trance, we experience visions and receive answers to questions asked. In a broader sense, these experiences will evolve around the topics of healing \u2013 metamorphosis \u2013 soul journey \u2013 speaking truthfully. In addition, we can let ourselves be carried away by the sound of ritual instruments, such as the pre-Columbian \u201cPeruvian whistling vessels\u201d.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1388\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sabinerittner.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ritualmitte_mit_Felicitas.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"660\" height=\"441\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sabinerittner.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ritualmitte_mit_Felicitas.jpg 660w, https:\/\/www.sabinerittner.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ritualmitte_mit_Felicitas-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.sabinerittner.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ritualmitte_mit_Felicitas-373x248.jpg 373w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 660px) 100vw, 660px\" \/><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #c2440a;\">Methods<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong>\u201cRitual Body Postures and Ecstatic Trance\u201d\u00ae by Prof. Felicitas Goodman, trance dance and drums, sound and trance, hypnosis, sufi meditation and shamanic dances, breathing, voice and body painting etc. We use creative means of expression (movement, painting, writing, playing instruments and using our own voice) and the sharing with the group to help shape, process, and integrate our impressions.<\/p>\n<p>This annual group includes ten Saturdays from November 2017 to July 2018.
